Refunds Policy

These are the steps to take if your new baby is experiencing health problems or in case you notice anything:

• If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your kitten has a congenital or hereditary defect adversely affecting the animal’s health or that your kitten died from such a defect, you have the same options as outlined above.

• Within two business days of a veterinarian’s certification of your cat’s illness, defect, or death, please notify us of the examining veterinarian’s name, address, and cell number to get a complete refund or replacement.

• Failure to notify us within 10 days will result in forfeiture of rights to the kitten health guarantee.

• Refunds or reimbursements shall be made no later than 14 days after confirmation from your veterinarian.

We shall provide you with a kitten health record explaining the shots he/she has had at the time of sale. To preserve your rights to the cat health guarantee, take your newly adopted baby to a licensed veterinarian for examination within 10 days of purchase. If the veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your cat is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

• Return the kitten for a complete and 100% refund or a replacement of equal value.

• Retain the cat and receive reimbursement for the veterinarian fees to make the kitten healthy, not exceeding the purchase price.
